  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Scottish or continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is just one floor, no lift.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are private and calm rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Tv, in all rooms, without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not, but there are fans.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but only on request and we have also a rolls Royce and an American stretch limousine for special and romantic occasions.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Haymarket, at about 1,5 km.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Guide dogs are welcome, other pets on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, at the moment.
