  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment, per person for extra guests.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, we do not serve breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    No, it is not. Electricity and gas are supplied by credit meter.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, as you prefer. Please note that we accept payments only by cash or cheques.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors and no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, our apartments are very quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided. For stays of longer than one week, fresh bed linen and towels are supplied weekly.

  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV in all apartment with UK channels only.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, each apartment has a spacious dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, parking available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Edinburgh airport.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Edinburgh airport (11,5 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
