 The property comprises studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments providing attractive and stylish accommodation. All the apartments are tastefully furnished to ensure a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout. Facilities within the apartments include TV, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, linen and towels. Hair dryers, cots and high chairs available on request. |
 Apartment A:
This spacious and elegant apartment (52 square metres) is on the first floor with pleasant views from the bay window sitting room along the tree lined approach to Thomas Telford's Dean Bridge and Edinburgh City Centre. The accommodation retains many period features and fine plasterwork and comprises a generous sitting room with bay window, dining area and complete kitchen. Bedroom with super king-size double bed and bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and hand basin. If required, the super king-size double bed can be arranged as twin beds. A fold-down bed can also be provided in the sitting room or bedroom to sleep one additional person. Apartment A sleeps up to three guests. |

This impressive studio apartment (36 square metres) is on the first floor to the rear with views over north Edinburgh to the Forth Valley. The accommodation retains many period and original features and comprises a large bed/sitting room with super king-size double bed and living/kitchen area, bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and hand basin, entry hall with generous storage cupboard. Apartment B sleeps one or two guests. |

This spacious apartment (75 square metres) was renovated in 2005 to an extremely high standard.Set on the third (top) floor, it enjoys pleasant tree lined views to the front and magnificent views to the rear over north Edinburgh to the Forth Valley and the hills of Fife beyond. The accommodation comprises: sitting room with dining area and panoramic views to the north, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, one bedroom with king-size double bed, one bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and hand basin. A fold-down bed can also be provided in the sitting room to sleep one additional person. This apartment sleeps up to 5 guests. |
