 Ground floor bedroom:
It is elegantly furnished with antiques and retro furnishings. It offers a standard sized cast iron and brass bed with luxury mattress, fine cotton bed linen and an abundance of cushions. The windows are dressed with tapestry blinds and silk effect curtains. Large mirrored French oak wardrobe add light and atmosphere to the room. There is a repro-Adam style fireplace and electric fire to back up on the central heating. |
 TV with cable channels, DVD and CD player, tea and coffee making facilities are available. The en suite has a large shower tray, glass sliding doors and a powerful adjustable shower. There is a bronze framed mirror above the basin, angled downlighters, and marble tops to the shelving. The flooring is natural limestone tiles and there is a central heating radiator which has 24 hour control. There are many extras in the rooms, bath robes, fresh flowers, etc. to give a homely and comfortable feel. |
 First floor twin or double room with en suite shower facilities: This room faces south and overlooks the garden, the river at the foot of the small valley and towards the hills. The furnishings are antique mahogany, cherry wood and hand-painted finish. The bed is a twin or large double with an interesting French grille headboard and padded top. Central heating is available. |
 The drapes are of classic fabric with fully interlining to exclude as much light as possible and has matching scatter cushions and valances. There are tea and coffee making facilities, TV with cable channels, DVD and CD player, plus many extras in the rooms, bath robes, fresh flowers, etc. to give a homely and comfortable feel. The ensuite is similar to the ground floor room. |

Striped oak antique wardrobe which is fabric lined and dressing-table with a country style old oak chair is available. There is a twin or large double bed with luxury cotton bedding. The drapes are full, interlined and decorated with bunches of flowers to complete the country look. |
 This room has a large private bath and shower room adjacent. The bath is deep (for two people) with taps in the middle. There is a cushioned window seat and a little table to take your candle or drink while you bathe. Marble tops to the shelving and limestone flooring. Central heating and heated towel rail are available. Mirrored door cabinet with shaver point and downlighting. |
