• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 12 noon.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full Scottish breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Russian, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is a lift in the building
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet and private and above all romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, of course.

  Yes, there is in our SPA.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome, please state at time of booking.
