• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors. Since we are located in the Georgian Town House, we are not allowed to install an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet. Romantic? It's up to you!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  All the rooms have color TV. International channels are only available in the Bar lounge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No..you are in Scotland!
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet Point close by.
  All rooms have free wireless Internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  On-Street Parking is available which is metered parking. There is a free parking area 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several car rental companies in Edinburgh including at the Airport and Train Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh Airport which is 25 minutes by bus, car or taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but the official Edinburgh shuttle bus stops close to us.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes down the road.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Haymarket railway station (800 meters).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have wireless Internet access in all rooms.
