  Check-in: after 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, full Scottish breakfast and taxes included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have four floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non smoking rooms available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but without Satellite TV, only pay to view movies.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms with direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, sorry there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, the hotel does not have a car park and therefore recommends the guests use the Waverley Car Park on New Street just off the Royal Mile. Hotel guests are offered a discount.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Waverley Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't have shuttle service from the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverley Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
