The following items can also be requested: Flower basket - Champagne - Chocolates - Fruit basket

Situated on the ground floor is our now famous, Three Sisters Pub where the Three Sisters menu is served from early till late. In addition, we offer full conference and banqueting facilities in our first floor function rooms. Open 7 days until 1.00am, private parties by arrangement.

Dining Facilities: The hotel operates on a bed and breakfast basis only although we are pleased to accept advanced group bookings for lunch or dinner. An extensive bar menu operates in the Three Sisters Pub until late each day with a choice of starters, main courses and sweets. We are happy to recommend the Beluga Canteen Restaurant located on Chambers Street which offers a choice of bar or fine fining menus. We would also like to recommend the Conservatory Restaurant at the Royal Ettrick Hotel in Polwarth.

There is a
night porter on duty through out the night should you require assistance.

The hotel does not have a car park and therefore recommends the guests use the Waverley Car Park on New Street just off the Royal Mile. Hotel guests are offered a discount.

Edinburgh Castle
Edinburgh's history is inextricably intertwined with the imposing castle which watches over the modern city from Castle Rock. The vantage point has been inhabited since 800 BC and the Castle which was built upon it has become a symbol of Scotland's nationhood.

The Royal Mile
The Royal Mile is the main thoroughfare through Edinburgh's Old Town and probably the oldest street in Edinburgh. The mile long stretch of cobble stones runs from the Edinburgh Castle to the Palace of Holyroodhouse and is divided into four sections; Castlehill, Lawnmarket, High Street and Canongate.
