• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 6pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price.
  We serve Continental or Full Scottish breakfast. Special diets catered for.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, although it is usually settled at the end of the stay.
  Please note that we accept payments only bu cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and a bit of French, Spanish and Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have a private terrace but gardens and courtyard area are for the use of guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. The house is completely non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All bedrooms have cable TV with national channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. It can be used on application.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Ample off-street parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Airport, city centre or Murrayfield area.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh airport (10 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Spylaw Bank Road (200 mt).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Haymarket railway station (6 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only guide dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
