• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It is included - full Scottish breakfast or continental. This also includes a selection of freshly prepared fruit, yoghurts, cheese and bakery items. Great selection of coffees and teas.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two Floors. The house is Victorian and has no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have two stunning four poster rooms, one with its own terrace.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One rooms has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Southside is a completely non-smoking house.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is TV in all rooms. There are no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Dining Room is only open for breakfast.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Nearby Car Park or street parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  2 km from house or at Edinburgh Airport (11 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Taxi Service or Bus Shuttle to Waverely Station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverley Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Although we love our animal friends, pets are not allowed at Southside.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
