- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per person per night including full Scottish breakfast and vat. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Full Scottish breakfast is included, consisting of fruit juice, cereals, bacon, eggs, tomato, mushrooms, frenchtoast, maple syrup, tea, coffee, chocolate, fruit teas, brown and white toast selection of preserves. - Is heating included in the price?
All heating is included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, or you may settle when you leave. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are three floors, but we do not an elevator but have one ground floor room. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, are quiet and private rooms. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
All fresh linen and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not have. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not have. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do, because the house is totally non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, there is a tv but not international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is a public payphone in the hallway. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not air conditioning. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes for breakfast. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not have. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not, but there is a swimming pool around the corner about five minutes walk - it is open seven days a week. - Is parking or garage available?
A free private car park at the rear of the property is available. - Where can we rent a car?
There are local rent a car offices Waverley Station. - Which is the nearest airport?
Edinburgh is only 11 km away. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not have, but there is a bus from the airport to the city centre which runs every eight minutes then a taxi. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Take nos. 3, 31, 37 from side of shops in Princes street and alight at second stop Minto Street walk forward turn left to east Mayfield. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Waverley Station Waverley Bridge about 2 km away - 25 minutes to walk. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No but there is the Royal Commonwealth Pool five minutes walk round the corner(Olympic size pool) leisure facilites. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry they are not welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Sorry no but there are many within a short walking distance - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Unfortunately , no you can not.
