Quiet and friendly. Bus stop outside but you can just as well take a walk down to city (takes 30 minutes).

I just was a little bit sorry about the breakfast. We sometimes got the impression, that there wasn`t only fresh food prepared for us. In addition the places to have breakfast weren`t enough for all guest. But the rest was really good.

Nice rooms, big and spacious, new bathrooms, what was really great, but not enough place to have breakfast for all guests and I didn`t have the impression, that it was fresh food. So I think, it was a little bit to expensive.

I was not meet, because I was leter than the normal checkin time. The key was left for me which was very good.

The Smith's guest house should open its dinning room to the guest out of the breakfast hours so that they can eat there since there is no food allowed in the rooms and no restaurants around the guest house, only take aways.
