• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 09:00 - 13:00 and 18:00 - 20:00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10:30 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, large Scottish breakfast included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have three floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all of our rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV in all rooms but only with UK channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a pay phone in the hallway.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, only the breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, unrestricted on-street parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Airport or the Train Station or various car hire companies on the web.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry we don't have this kind of service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Edinburgh Waverley.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
