• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 10pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a fully cooked scottish breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Scottish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors (ground, first and second floor) but there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are and complete with four "poster" not posyser
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we supply large "bath" not bed sheets
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are remote control televisions in all of the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are direct dial telephones in all of the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is free on street parking with no restrictions.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Very close by.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverly, Edinburgh.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many within walking distance which we can reccomend.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in some rooms.
