From Edinburgh Airport: as the airport is located approximately 10 miles (16 km) from the Salisbury Hotel, the taxi fare should only cost around £15.00. Alternatively, there is an inexpensive and frequent bus service to the city centre, approximately £3.50 each way. From Princes Street, you should take bus number 3, 3A, 31, 37, X37, 47 or 29 and get off at at Salisbury Road. You can also ask the driver to let you off when you reach the first stop on Minto Street.
