 Our restaurant menus are designed to be flexible and offer everything from a light breakfast to a three course meal or simply half a dozen oysters at the bar. The one constant is the quality: we use fresh food that is bought in daily and cook everything to order. It is not only the interiors that are impressive at Rick's.  In the bar, our award-winning mixologists have at their disposal a staggering thirty different whiskeys, twenty four vodkas, fourteen rums, twelve bourbons and six tequilas. We also have an extensive cocktail list... you don't have to try them all! Breakfast is served from 7am to 12pm. Lunch is served midday until 6pm and dinner from 6pm till 10pm and till 11pm at weekends. |

 Edinburgh City Centre has much to offer. Rick's is only a short walk away from some great shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. Harvey Nichols arrived in Edinburgh a few years ago. It not only offers a wide choice of designer names; there is also a brasserie, restaurant, and more recently they have added a cocktail bar. There are several bars, restaurants and clubs on nearby George Street. Owned by the same company that owns Rick's, The Opal Lounge is a favourite in the Edinburgh club scene. Guests of Rick's can be put onto the guest list easily. Long Princes Street, there are many shops and boutiques, to become crazy! If you come to Edinburgh, you can not miss to visit the stunning castle, with its marvelous view over the city centre. |
