Fresh made black coffee
Scotch whisky
Demerara (raw brown) sugar
Double (heavy) cream - lightly whipped
Pour the coffee into a warmed glass. Add the whisky and the sugar
to taste. Stir well. Pour some lightly whipped cream into the glass
over the back of a teaspoon.
Flying
Scotsman
3 glasses whisky
2.5 glasses of Italian Vermouth
1 teaspoon of bitters
1 tablespoon of sugar syrup
Mix together
well and serve.
Robbie Burns
1 measure of whisky
2 measures of Martini
3 dashes of Benedictine
Mix and serve.
Isle of Skye
Equal measures each of Drambuie, gin and fresh lemon juice.
Mix and serve.

Sparkle Punch
1 Bottle of dry white wine
2/3 cup of Drambuie
The juice of 1 lemon
Mix in a jug. Chill and just before serving add a bottle of chilled
sparkling wine and two cups of lemonade and plenty of ice.
