It couldn't have been better
...
Our only surprise was that there was no lounge for guests (not that the web site said there would be a lounge, but I automatically expected one)and the bedroom was so small the two of us couldn't sit in our rooms to rest without lying on the bed.
We very much enjoyed our breakfast and it was great to see wholemeal bread automatically offered as the toast (not that dreadful white stuff that's usually dished up at B&Bs).
It was terrific to have a nice sized bathroom, instead of a box in the corner of the bedroom that is described as en suite. The lare bathroom reminded us of the B&Bs in New Zealand that all have lovely large bathrooms.

A nice friendly place, nice and clean, well decorated in anice part of Edinburgh, but it's big, big disadvantage was that there was no lounge for guests.

Jim and Lisa arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and transferred to Ravensdown.
They likewise arranged transportation back to the airport.

Shower stalls in bathrooms were very small.

A nice place but more pricey than others. Bathrooms need to be updated.
