• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes fruit juices, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereal or porridge, a full Scottish breakfast or vegetarian equivalents, tea and freshly brewed coffee, toast and preserves.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be paid on arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English is spoken in the guest house.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The guest bedrooms are on the first and second floors of the house and are reached by stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the bedrooms have seating areas.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not..
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are televisions in all rooms, British channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a morning room where breakfast is served.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there is a local private gym that has a pool that guests can use at a charge.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is private parking for up to four cars and ample on street parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Locally, we can arrange that for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh Airport is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can do airport pickups.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Waverly Station just off Princess Street is the nearest train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is a private gym with full facilities close by that guests can use at a charge.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are several good restaurants close by.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
