  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per person.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, our breakfast is included in the price. We serve continental, Scottish and vegetarian breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, as you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 floors and no lift (traditional Victorian house).
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, our rooms are very quiet, especially those overlooking the rear.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, the whole property is non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a Tv with English channels only in each of our rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, the breakfast room is at guests' disposal.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but you can ask the owners in case you need to check your emails and the house has wireless system.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, free parking available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Edinburgh airport (5 km).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Edinburgh airport (5 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not, but the private shuttle bus linking the airport to the city called "Airlink" stops at the doorsteps of the B&B.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    At the doorsteps of the B&B. All the buses running in direction "City centre" stops there.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Haymarket railway station (1,5 km).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. We offer wireless access.
