• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am. Please advise if later than 7pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included. Continental and a full range of hot cooked Scottish breakfast items are available.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, any extras e.g. food and drink can be paid for at the time of ordering.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors (ground and 1st). There is no lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  A four poster bedroom is available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  The bedrooms all have TV but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Fort William.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery store is 15km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Inverness or Glasgow.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The local bus stops outside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Glenfinnan railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
