  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Per person.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Included in the price full cooked breakfast is offered as well as cereals, juices, fruit, cheese and croissants and toast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    2 floors. There is no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    2 quiet rooms located at the back of the building looking onto the garden.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All linens and towels are provided as well as toiletries.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms are non smoking - we are a non smoking house, but guests who wish to smoke, may use the garden.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    TV in all rooms. Some have satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, guests may use the house phone for local calls.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No air conditioning.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is internet connection in some rooms.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Free, safe unrestricted parking is available on the street outside the house.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Several local car hire firms.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Edinburgh.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, there is an airport bus which takes you to the city centre and from there you can catch a bus to our house.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Haymarket.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    In some rooms. Guests who wish to use this service must sign a disclaimer form.
