We had a wonderful stay. Check in could be more clear before arrival. An email reminder-where and exact time when we could check in would be less confusing. The owner was very prompt with all of our needs and quite friendly.

It was nice but I would reccomend the Giles St apartment where my cousin stayed. It is owned by the same person and is absolutely GORGEOUS and overlooking the Royal Mile. (I wish we stayed there!!) Some of Nicholson Apts are above a pub and should be mentioned.

Noone on site must ring before you arrive which we did and even though we were about half hour late due to parking problems and road works they were still there with a smile.

Lots of stairs no lift. But still one of the cleanest and nicest apartments we have stayed in .

Lovely kitchen, good bathroom and apt. However.we were on the street side and even being on the 3rd floor, had to sleep with earplugs in. We would certainly stay again but in a rear apt.

Easy check-out..we were pd in advance..so they told just to check-out by noon, lock the door and put the keys in the slot. Most convenient for everyone.

Nice new and clean accommodation, close walk to all centre city attrictions, perfect for our needs.

Beds were quite low to the ground, and no lift access, may influence some older, disabled clients?

No-one on arrival as one hour early but they were very helpful and came along promptly and courteously to let us in.
