New Year Festival, Rugby Internationals, August booking 30 days notice, 25% non-refundable deposit required. The balance must be fully paid at least 30 days before arrival. Standard bookings for other times: If cancellation is less than 15 days prior to arrival, the full cost of the stay is charged. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance must be fully paid at least 15 days before arrival. An admin charge of 10% of the total booking fee applies to all cancellations.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
