• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for the whole castle, depending though if there are 8 (standard occupation) or 10 people (additional cost).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the castle is self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill must be settled in full 30 days prior to holiday start.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors and there isn't a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We'd rather guests smoke only in the conservatory.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  The bedrooms do not have a television, yet there is one in the lounge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Payphone is in the hall, not in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The castle is centrally heated, but there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Inverness.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are in Grantown-on-Spey.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Inverness's.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not offer that kind of service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Dulnain Bridge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Carrbridge.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we haven't a fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we don't accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
