From Edinburgh City Centre
Head towards the city bypass then follow the instructions below.
From The West (Edinburgh Airport)
Follow the city bypass eastbound. Exit at Gilmerton Junction and follow the road signs for Eskbank. The gates to Melville Castle Hotel will appear on your right hand side about 1km from the bypass slip road.
From the East
Follow the city bypass westbound. At the Sheriff Hall Roundabout take the A68 then take the first turning on the right onto Melville Gate Road. The gates to Melville Castle Hotel are opposite the end of Melville Gate Road.
By Train - Edinburgh Waverley about 6 miles.
From the railway station you can take a taxi to our Castle. If you do not want to spend too much money just take bus No.3 and get off at Dalkeith village. From there we suggest you to take a taxi.From Edinburgh City Centre Head towards the city bypass then follow the instructions below.
