  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, include Full Scottish breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes you can, all extras will be settled upon departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors, the groundfloor, 1st and 2nd floors, but no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are designed for couples.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is but there is no satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we provide free wireless internet access for your laptop or you can ask to use one of our computer without charge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    At the Lodge, we have marked parking spaces at either side of the hotel. However, please feel free to park at the front entrance while unloading and loading your luggage.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Fort William or directly in the airports.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, the nearest is 3km from the hotel and larger supermarkets in Fort William.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    It is Inverness's.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is Onich.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    It is Fort William's.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are, but only in some rooms. Please ask at booking.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Some rooms have wireless access (depending on signal strength) and signal strength is strongest in the bar and lounges. You may request for plug-in connect at the reception.
