• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our full Scottish breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no elavator, all en suite rooms are on the 1st floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our honeymoon room with balcony overlooking the castle is particularly romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only the honeymoon room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is no TV in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Guests can park outside the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car within 3 km from the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a grocery store, it is a ten-minute walk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Inverness's at 130 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is just outside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is in Kyle of Lochalsh, at only 12 km from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  We have only one room alocated for people with pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a seafood restaurant although we do have other dishes on the menu.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
