Scotland - Local Products - Food - Cheese

Cheese is one of the most fabulous products of Scotland.
There are creameries in Locherbie, Stranraer and on the islands of Bute, Arran, Islay and Orkney and many are often open to visitors.
Apart from the world-famous Cheddar, Scotland produces different kinds of cheese from cow's, goat's and ewe's milk. All cheese to be eaten with traditional Scottish Oat Cakes.
