Cheese
is one of the most fabulous products of Scotland.
There are creameries in Locherbie, Stranraer and on the islands
of Bute, Arran, Islay and Orkney and many are often open to visitors.
Apart from the world-famous Cheddar, Scotland produces different
kinds of cheese from cow's, goat's and ewe's milk. All cheese to
be eaten with traditional Scottish Oat Cakes.
