The only reason the instructions were unclear was because I was reading them on my own! I was given super instructions when I left. I was treated wonderfully the whole weekend and would definately go there again.

The ease of getting into the city center-bus stop VERY close and VERY cheap!

Friendly, spotlessly claen,great food, easy access to the city center, but in a very quiet road.

The directions given to us was not exact, we could not find out quick enough the name of the streets so we had to ask someone at the filling station. It was easy to get to the area but not easy to find the right streets. But we have found it anyway!

compared to other guest houses in scotland I consider it quite expensive but Edinburgh is probably more expensive than other areas

Friendly owners, we had a very nice room on the ground floor with onsuite facilities(and very quiet, too), huge breakfast room with very good breakfast (and plenty of)and an interesting sports bar just 3 minutes walk away.
Bus to downtown Edinburgh only about 10 Minutes.

This is the first B&B accomodation we have stayed at, to provide mugs for coffee in the room. So much better than the small cups we found else where, and it meant the coffee provided in sachets could be drunk at the right strength instead of being too strong!

They are a very lovely couple tht help you all the time to find all that you need: restaurants, laundry, shops and so on.

It is a very good Guest House with a nice staff that helps you all the time.
