 Breakfast will be served in our traditional front room Monday till Saturday 7.45 am till 9.00am and on Sundays between 8.15am and 9.15am. A continental breakfast can be arranged with prior notice for our guests with early departures at no extra charge. All our guest breakfasts are cooked with the very best of local Scottish products. |
 We cook on a griddle using the minimum of vegetable oil. Our guests who prefer not to have their food cooked on appliances used for the preparation of pork products should mention this to the breakfast supervisor when ordering their choice from the menu. We offer other types of services like early check in/late check out by prior arrangement or left luggage with no extra charge. Secure parking is locally accessible during office hours, parking being limited on street parking. |
There is a safe in each room with your own personal pin number at an extra charge per day. You may smoke in guest rooms; there is a no smoking policy in all communal areas. There is a lovely mature garden to the front of the guest house with a seating area for your pleasure. |
 A public telephone is available at reception. We have one double en suite room located on the ground floor although not suitable for wheelchair; there are no stairs to negotiate and is suitable for the infirm. We have a well stocked bookcase where you are welcome to exchange or borrow books. If you require to remove a book for your journey, you are very welcome but we would respectfully ask that you make a donation in the charity box provided. |

 The location of the guest house is ideal to spend a relaxing and nice near the city centre. Near the house there are good restaurants or fast food if you prefer. Shops and banks are also available if you need. From the bed and breakfast you can easily reach the heart of the centre. If you come to Edinburgh, you have can not miss to visit the famous and marvelous castle, where you will admire a breathtaking of the city. Long Princes street, you can find all kind of restaurants and shops or boutiques, where you can buy always something interesting. In the theatres of Edinburgh, special events take always place, so that you can spend a pleasant evening during your stay in Scotland. |
