    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 1pm.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is usually per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included and it is a full Scottish breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, Spanish, Danish and Polish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors and 1 lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are quiet and private rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do have 60% non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a satellite TV in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a direct dial telephone with modem port in all rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not air conditioning in bedrooms, but only in public areas.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not, but there is a Wireless broadband connection available in all public areas and conference rooms, free to all guests.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, there is a pool, open from 7am - 10pm every day.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A free on site parking for 100 cars is available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Yes, directly at the reception.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Edinburgh.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, but transport can be arranged for a charge.

  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There are many services available: gym, aerobics suite, tennis court, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, free of charge.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome, though not in food service areas.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, Lauders restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Options Bistro is open from 10am to 10pm.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can: dial up connecton available in all rooms. Some rooms can connect using Wi-Fi broadband
