Kilmaurs House, with its views of Arthur's Seat, is a beautiful Guest House situated in a quiet residential area of Edinburgh. It is located on the south side of the city, ten minutes walk from Holyrood Park which houses Holyrood Palace, at the start of the Royal Mile. |
 Here you will find the warm and friendly atmosphere of a family-run guest house (Kilmaurs is rated as 3 star accommodation). The four rooms are gracefully decorated, en-suite and equipped with TV and tea/coffee hospitality tray. Breakfast is a pleasant, relaxing ritual: the selected soft background music creates an intimate atmosphere, suitable for a nice awakening. The owners have extensive experience in catering and accommodation and they run the Kilmaurs with dedicated passion. |
The house is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants & bars if you wish to escape the hub of the city.
Regular buses will take you the ten minute ride to the city centre where a wealth of history awaits. |
