  Prices are per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A Scottish breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The big family room has French door to the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, sorry no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Rooms are all non smoking but you can smoke in the garden or the resident's lounge.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but there is no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a telephone in the hall.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The resident's lounge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not for the moment.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.

  There is a parking outside the house.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Waverley Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh Airport (5 miles).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverley or Hay market.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, by arrangement.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No for the moment.
