 The Inverleith has a friendly family atmosphere with a licensed residents bar - we also cater for small meetings and functions. Adrienne and Stephen Case, the proprietors will make you extremely welcome should you come to visit. All rooms are en-suite and breakfast is taken in our Victorian dining room. |
 Our Hotel offers a wholesome breakfast, which includes:
-cereals and fruit juice
-full Scottish breakfast with any variation (or all) of bacon, eggs, sausage, tomato, hash-browns, mushrooms, baked beans, haggis and porridge on request
-a vegetarian breakfast if required
-tea and coffee |
Residents may sample a good selection of wines, spirits, bottled and canned beers in the lounge area. All rooms have direct dial telephones. Should you require a taxi, please ask any member of the Hotel staff who will be pleased to telephone for one. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets. |

| Our Hotel is located by the Royal Botanic gardens but is also within easy reach of the city centre. There are many local restaurants which are easily accessible from the Hotel, i.e., Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai, French and of course, Scottish. Enjoy the tranquil setting of Inverleith amongst the splendour of the Botanic gardens and many parks and walks; yet Princes Street and the hub of city life are only 10 minutes away. There are many visitor attractions in Edinburgh apart from being right next door to the Botanic gardens, we are also close to the Royal Yacht Britannia, the port of Leith and Ocean Terminal. We are also ten minutes from Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile which leads to Holyrood Palace, Dynamic Earth, the Royal Scottish Museum, Historic Houses and many more. |
