• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

  No. Some rooms enjoy magnificent viewss across to the exinct volcano of Arthur's Seat.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't have a no-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but only with UK channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, with direct dialling line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?

  No, parking is not available.
