Very calm, most professional yet friendly. We arrived very early, but we were allowed to leave our car in the secure car park whilst we went off to do some shopping.

Everything we wanted to see & do was within easy walking distance from the apartment. Yet when you got back to the apartment it seemed away from all the hustle & bustle of a Great capital city.
