• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Our rooms are available to check in at 12.00 noon although if you arrive earlier we will be happy to store your luggage, check out time is 10.30am, if you intend to spend the rest of your day in the city we will be pleased to store your luggage. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  These prices includes value added tax and full Scottish breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have three floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our room are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, terrace not available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Most of our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but with out satellite TV. Only 5 UK channels provided.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Only public parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Rented car can be delivered to guest house.
  
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, grocery stores and supermarkets in the surroundings.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Edinburgh Waverly.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we do not have this kind of service.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Only the breakfast room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but for 2004 there will be modem/internet access.
