• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our Scottish breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can but you shall also settle all extras before leaving.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and no lift (but we have rooms on the ground floor for disabled guests).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are nice and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  By law, all premises are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking outside the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Inverness.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Inverness's.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  We are only at some minutes from the Bus Station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Inverness's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have a fitness center in the premises but we have a partnership with a club nearby, and we also drive our guests there.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there are 2 restaurants, Abstract and Contrast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, but all rooms and premises are also covered by Wi-Fi to which you can connect with your laptop.
