Although only two and a half kilometres from the city centre, Glendruidh House enjoys a quiet and secluded position. Surrounded by gardens and woods it is a haven for wildlife. Badgers can be seen from some of the rooms most nights. Occasional roe deer wander through the garden on a regular basis. Over a period of twelve months over forty different species of birds have been seen in the garden. Parking is free and within the hotel grounds.

How To Reach Us
 
From A9 travelling south to north: To reach our hotel by car, please follow the roadsigns to Hilton. Once on the Old Edinburgh Road, continue on this road out of Inverness until you find Wades Roundabout.Take Stevenson Road, then first right into Old Edinburgh Road South. Glendruidh House is 200 metres on the right.

By Plane: Inverness has its own airport [Dalcross Airport] and has daily flights from London, Glasgow and Edinburgh, as well as many flights to the Western Isles, Orkney Islands and Shetland Islands. The airport is located 8 miles east of the city and there is a frequent bus service to/from Inverness bus station(approximately every 45 minutes at peak times).

By Train: Inverness's train station is located 4,5 kilometers away in the city center. From the station please follow Academy Street for 200 m, then turn left and follow Friars Lane for 50, follow Bridge Street for 500 m, turn left and follow Stevenson Street for 100 m, turn right and follow General Wades Military Road-Old Edinburgh Road South for 350 m.

By Bus: the nearest bus stop is located 400 metres from the bed and breakfast.
