  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes breakfast is included. You select your breakfast components from a menu. Anything from a croissant and coffee to a full Scottish breakfast!
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, we usually settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are two floors and no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are quiet and romantic. Perhaps the suites are the most romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No we do not. All guests have access to the gardens to the front of the house.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, our suite one has a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    The house and gardens are completely no smoking throughout.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there are televisions. No satellite but all have free view with over thirty channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No there is not. All rooms have windows that open.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do. We have a computer available on dial up to everyone. In the rooms our guests can connect their own computers to the telephone system. You will just need a modem with a connection to connect to the British telephone socket.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not. There is a public swimming pool at 2,5 km.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there is a private free parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    All major internatiuonal car rental is available in Inverness. There are some local companies which offer an excellent service.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    It is Dalcross Airport in Inverness.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No we do not, but taxis are available 24 Hours a day.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is one located at 300 metres.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    It is Inverness station located 3 km away.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, we do not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    We are sorry they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, we have a dining room operating on reservation only.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. In the rooms our guests can connect their own computers to the telephone system. You will need a modem with a connection to connect to the British telephone socket.
