Room decor needed freshening, wallpaper peeling and paintwork dirty. Booking form stated breakfast was included but receptionist insisted not and would not issue voucher for food without extra payment, but money was later refunded.

Central, located ideally for Princes Street and shops /attractions and transport links via bus and train. Rooms required freshening up.
