  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Cooked Breakfast is not included in the price, however, a Breakfast hamper is provided on arrival.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The amount payable for accommodation is payable prior to arrival at the apartments.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The buildings have 5 floors with elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, of course.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we don't.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, Satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there isn't.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, however, there are plenty of excellent and reasonably priced restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the apartments.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not a swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking is complimentary within our private on-site car park. A space will be allocated to you for the entire duration of your stay.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can ask us, or you can rent a car at the railway station.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Edinburgh airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, but there is a good public shuttle service from the airport.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Haymarket Station is 100m & Waverley Station (the main station in Edinburgh) is 1000m from the property.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    On request.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We do not have bar or restaurant facilities.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Additional telephone socket is available in every apartment.
