  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment, per day.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    We do not serve breakfast. Self-catering apartments.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    No, it is not.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, as you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 5 floors and a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, our apartments are set in a tranquil pedestrian area.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with international channels in both apartments.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is a spacious and bright living room in both apartments.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but there is an Internet point at 2 min. walking distance.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, parking is not available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There is a car rental company at 5 min. walking distance.
    Otherwise you can rent a car at the airport.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Edinburgh airport (13 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is in South Bridge, 300 metres far from the apartments.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Waverley station (850 metres).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not. The area is plenty of excellent dining facilities.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
