• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A full Scottish breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors but no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All Rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but most of them have superb views of the Loch.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We are acompletely no smoking Hotel.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV in all rooms (widescreen in Executive suites). There is no satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a large private floodlit carpark.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is Semples garage, 3 minutes walk from the Hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Glasgow (63 miles).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the Tourist Information Office (2 minutes walk from the hotel).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Glasgow Central.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome in the bar area but not in letting bedrooms.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we serve lunches from 12:00 to 5:30 pm and evening meals from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
