• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in from 11 am and check-out from 11 am. Prior arrangement outside these times can be made.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included, full Scottish or continental.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included. Constant heating through out the guest house.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill can be settled on arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All towels and linen are provided, rooms are serviced on a daily basis.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a Tv in each rooms, but no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a public pay telephone in hall.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning. No need in Edinburgh!
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Car parking is readily available at the nearby St james NCP car park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz, at 10 Picardy place, two minutes from guest house.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh Airport, approx 8 miles away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Waverley Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, only a dining room for breakfasts.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
