• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 2 pm. Guests can arrive early to leave luggage.
  Check-out: before 11 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A full Scottish Breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Turkish, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor, First Floor and Second Floor. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of our rooms are quiet rooms, we do have deluxe four poster bedrooms available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each room without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  National Car Rental.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many in the vicinity.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Edinburgh Airport, which is only 15 minutes drive away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange this for you.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Haymarket Railway Station is 3 minutes walk away.
  Waverley Railway Station is 20 minutes walk away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
