How To Reach Us
 
By Car
From the south via Perth: take the A9 north from Pitlochry for about 13 km. At "House of Bruar" after the village of Blair Athol turn right off the A9, followed by a left onto the B847. Follow to the village of Calvine taking a left turn to continue along the B847. A 21 km drive will take you to the village of Kinloch Rannoch. Dunalastair hotel is situated in the village square.

From the north and Inversness: take the A9 to south of Dalwhinnie. Then take a right turn off the A9 into the village of Calvine A847, followed by a right turn continuing along the A847. A 21 km drive will take you to the village of Kinloch Rannoch. Dunalastair hotel is situated in the village square.

By Plane
On arrival at Edinburgh airport, take the M9 to Perth. Then take the A9 north to beyond Pitlochry for about 13 km. At 'House of Bruar' after the village of Blair Atholl turn right off the A9, followed by a left onto the B847. Follow to the village of Calvine taking a left turn to continue along the B847. A 21 km drive will take you to the village of Kinloch Rannoch. Dunalastair hotel is situated in the village square.On arrival at Glasgow Airport take the M8 through Glasgow city centre then the M/A80 to the outskirts of Stirling, which you by pass and continue on to Perth. Then continue onwards as above.

By Bus
There are regular daily city link, stagecoach and national coach services from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Perth and onwards to Pitlochry. From Pitlochry there is a daily connecting bus service (4 times per day) all the way to the hotel.

By Ferry
From the Rosyth ferry near Edinburgh head for the M90 to Perth then proceed on the A9 to beyond Pitlochry for about 13 km. At 'House of Bruar' after the village of Blair Atholl turn right off the A9, followed by a left onto the B847. Follow to the village of Calvine taking a left turn to continue along the B847. A 21 km drive will take you to the village of Kinloch Rannoch. Dunalastair hotel is situated in the village square.

By Train
There are regular train services form Inverness, Perth, Glasgow and Edinburgh to Pitlochry station where you can then connect with the local coach straight to the hotel door. There is a daily service to Pitlochry from London as well as connections form Aberdeen and the north east.

From Pitlochry town/city centre: head northwards out of the town and continuing along that road take the B8019 turnoff clearly signposted Kinloch Rannoch. The hotel dominates the little village square.
