The Guest House is situated in the famous New Town area of Edinburgh's city centre. |
 Surrounded by Georgian and Victorian houses, we are just half a mile north, 10 minutes walking distance from the city's main thoroughfare, Princes Street. A combination of single, twin, double and family rooms are available to suit most accommodation requirements.There is a payphone on the premises and our dining room, which is open all day, has a seating area in which one is always welcome to relax. There is no restriction as far as access to the guest house and guests are welcome to come and go as they please. |
 If you are thinking of coming by car, or hiring one when you get to Edinburgh, on-street parking is available. There is also free street parking available just 5 - 7 minutes walk away next to the Royal Botanic Gardens which you will be directed to on arrival if you so wish. |
