| Cancellation Policy | |
If you require to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible. Reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival are liable for 50% of the total cost of your reservation. Reservations cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival are liable for the total cost of your reservation. Reservations cancelled outwith the cancellation policy will be liable for a £5 administration fee.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in: The rooms are available after 2 p.m. Earlier check-in is possible according to availablility (arrival time must be specified for all bookings).
Check-out: It is neccessary to vacate the rooms by 10.30 a.m. (contact the guest house to arrange a possible later check-out). |
